Sharing your property with other brokers (co-broking) The Moss Inclusive guarantees you as the seller that our first priority in selling your property is to procure the maximum price. In our experience, this price can be achieved only through maximum exposure. (Maximum exposure = maximum price). Ask yourself, do you want to fish with a single line? Or with a huge net?
We will not shortchange you by trying to sell your property in-house in order to keep the full commission. Since Manhattan does not have a Multiple Listing Service (MLS), we will immediately circulate your property to the entire NYC brokerage community in order to create an MLS-type effect. It is not possible to achieve this level of exposure in Manhattan without choosing a single listing broker (like a gatekeeper) who is then able to share the listing with everyone else. Any other scenario is fishing for trophy fish with a single line.
